hi,
Thank you for raising this issue.
Could you provide specific examples of users being assigned roles despite failing quizzes? This will help us determine if the problem lies with our Discord integration or Tutor LMS settings.
thank you for getting back to me,
at around 1320 today a user attempted to complete one of our courses which had a quiz with the retry mode set up for 2 attempts, the user failed to achieve the pass mark of 80% on each attempt however as what I suspect the system made it look like he had completed the course the bot then assigned the relevant role to the player at 1325, I do have screenshots of this but unsure on how to add them to this thread

It seems that the system may have incorrectly interpreted the completion of the course due to the retry mode settings on the quiz.
The user is still enrolled in the course or not ?
It would be helpful to review the user’s enrollment status within the course.
You can use Imgur, and simply provide the direct link to the Imgur image
thank you for your response,
I will get that information for you tomorrow!
Good morning, as promised grabbed the screenshot for you,
I was actually mistaken as you can see from the time stamps on the screenshot the bot had given them the role before they had even attempted the quiz
