Load Balancing and Upload Folder

Hi All,
i have two IIS webservers which is connected to a LoadBalancer. depending on the load the content is server from either of the webservers.

Now i need to install WordPress in these two IIS servers and point to a single database server . i think this can be solved by changing the wpconfig files in both the servers pointing to the same database server.

The next question would be how do i manage my uploaded contents. when an upload happens it might put the contents in the respective IIS content folders.

Can somebody let me know how do i approach this issue are there any best practices
Apart from the above issues are there any other things which has to be taken care?
