Load Fields Dynamically with Drop Down

    Hello there,
    I’m just wondering if its possible to load additional form fields with a drop down menu. For example:

    I have a form field called “how many pets do you have?” DROP DOWN HERE with values of 1, 2, 3, 4 for example.

    Now lets say they select 3, then below the drop down THREE sets of forms load so they can fill out the pets name, age, ect.

    Has anyone tried this?
    I hope this made since, it sounded good in my head.

    Any help would be great.
