load-handler.js missing?

Hi there,

On downloading and testing this plugin, i’ve noticed that load-handler.json is missing, but still required via the plugin. This file being missing casues a 404, and means the plugin doesnt save the form submissions.

I found the file from the link supplied in the final reply in this support thread – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/save-continue-works-on-staging-but-not-on-live-site-cf7-multi-step-form/ – However, can the be replaced/fixed in the publicly available version?
