Load Maintenance Mode Template from Child Theme

    Hello,

    referring to version 2.0.9 (29/11/2016)

    maintenance mode template can also be loaded from theme/child-theme folder (thanks @ Florian Tiar and Lachlan Heywood)

    How can I do that?
    I tried to put the template maintenance.php into my child theme folder but this doesn’t work.
