Hi @abdulbasit575 ,
Hope you are doing well.
Thanks for sharing the URL with us. I have checked this on my end and found that ‘Load More’ is working well. Please check this screencast: https://d.pr/v/wOXkLU
Will you please tell me which version of the Elementor and Essential Addons for Elementor plugin are you using on your website? Would you please update the following plugins to the latest version:
Essential Addons for Elementor version 5.8.6, Essential Addons for Elementor PRO (If you use) version 5.5.3, Elementor version 3.15.3, and Elementor PRO (If you use) version 3.15.2.
After updating the plugins if that doesn’t work, then please try doing the following: To regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/iBccDw
Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools -> General as well. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/N6WC1d
If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache (by pressing shift+ctrl+R) or try another browser too.
Let me know how it goes.
Thank you.
Hi Amit Barai Alit
I hope you are doing well. Thank you for your reply.
I have tested the above methods, but I am still unable to load more images upon button click.
The load more button is working when I click in the elementor editor, but on the actual page, it is not working. After the button is clicked, the URL of the page becomes https://wheelandtireproz.com/our-gallery/#.
My actual page URL is https://wheelandtireproz.com/our-gallery/.
Essential Addons for Elementor and Elementor are on their latest versions.

Hi @abdulbasit575 ,
Actually, I have checked this on my end once again just now and found that ‘Load More’ is working well. Will you please provide me the screenshots of the all settings of the Filterable Gallery widget so that we can check on our end by applying that? It will be better if you provide us with a screencast of the whole setting.
Hope to hear from you.
Thank you.
Hi Amit Barai Alit,

Hope to hear from you.
Thank you.
Hello @abdulbasit575 ,
Greetings. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I have checked your page. I saw some errors in the console. Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this: You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor and Essential Addons. Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.
Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Astra, Flexia, or Twenty Twenty-Three. And, check back as well.
Let me know how it goes. Thank you!
It seems like one of my plugins has a conflict with the filterable gallery.
Now it’s working fine.
Thank you for your support and guidance throughout this issue.
