I checked on your site, and also could not find any error in console or network, as the issue is site-specific, I mean the issue arises on your site specifically, Can you please check for plugin conflicts by following this:
You can check for Plugin conflicts by deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one except for Elementor, Essential Addons and Essential Addons Pro ( if use). Simply go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to wp-admin -> Plugins and then, deactivate other Plugins.
Besides, you can switch to a different theme like Hello Elementor. And, check back as well.

I have tried the Troubleshooting mode and the button was still not working. What can we do to find a fix for this issue?
