Load More button not showing

Hello all –

I’ve used Instagram Feed plugin on several sites with no trouble. I’m attempting to use it on another site and I haven’t done anything different. But when I load the page to view it, I see the “load more” button flash on the screen as the page loads but then disappear. There isn’t even a “mouse over” area where it should be. I tried doing the shortcode for showbutton = true (even though I’ve never had to do that before and yes, the option is checked off in the customization settings) but still not working. Just flashes for a moment and disappears when the page is loaded. The ONLY thing that’s different is that I have a long display horizontally versus vertically (meaning I have 6 images across in one row where I usually have 2 rows of 3, etc). But the “follow on Instagram” button is showing and working just fine. Ideas? Thank you!
