With regards to increasing the number of records loaded at once in Smart Manager, you can simply modify the ‘_sm_beta_set_record_limit‘ option in the WordPress options table and set it to the value as desired by you.
Please make sure that setting the same value to a higher value could impact the Smart Manager plugin performance.

P.S. Setting the same option would increase the number of records loaded at once for all the dashboards in Smart Manager.
