    Hello, i’m currentlly using the NextGen Gallery version 3.3.6.
    Right now, I have no possibility to load any pics. The buton that allow to do that is no more avalible it’s missing.
    Does someone have experiance this issue? how i can solve it?

    Hi @asturoby,

    Can you please let us know what device and browser are you using? The “Add Gallery/Images” button is purposefully hidden if accessing the site’s Dashboard using a mobile device ( tablet or phone ).

    Hello I use a normal computer, not a phone or tablet. For the browser i test the issue on Google, Edge.
    In fact, we got a problem on our site, no more possible to acces to it, I rstore from our deliver acces to the web a backup, the backup was the one of the previous day, everything was working well expect NextgenGallerie

    Hi @asturoby,

    Can you please try to re-install NextGen Gallery plugin to see if that will change anything?

    Hello, I tried this solution without success, i try to load it as normal and by downloading the zip file from your side, your site, in both case the result is not good. After that I found someone that can help me on this behavior and he found the problem. The issue if I understand well was a cookie which tried to overwrite the name of the site.
