Load post content into tooltip

Hello, is there any plugin out there that does this?

I need to load a post content into a tooltip. I will have a homepage that will load the featured image of the latest X posts, and when a visitor hovers over an image, I need it to load content from the corresponding post in a tooltip.

Is there any plugin that does this? Or how else could I archieve this?
