Load Scripts When Needed

    What scripts and styles need to be loaded in order for the forms to work?

    I would like to use the form on a certain page, but don’t want to load the scripts and styles on every page of my site.

    Hello hshah,

    Let me know if you have tried this setting from your WP-admin > WPUF > Settings > General Settings and remove the checkmark from the Load scripts/styles in all pages checkbox.
