-How many js and css are called when the page loads?
-can I increase the caching time (check once a week for example)

Just one CSS file.
And you can increase using the social_count_plus_transient_time filter (example how to use this filter: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/social-count-plus/faq/)
