Ivan.

https://smc-lambda.co.uk/3d-flip-book/smc-catalogue/
Works perfectly in Firefox and Chrome, but IE, no just massive delays? Just wont work p[roperly in that browser? thanks for your help
Hi Richard,
It seems i forgot to push changes for WP version. Remove and install the plugin again – this has to solve the issue.
Best regards,
Ivan.
Hi Ivan,
Ive done so, delete and download your files and try again – same issue it seems? So weird. Have you got a website that does run IE, no problems? Theres not many other plugins; and it works perfectly on Chrome and FireFox. But for me, same issue? Does it work for you here https://smc-lambda.co.uk/3d-flip-book/smc-catalogue/ ?
Thanks
Hi Richard,
Check http://3dflipbook.net/pdf-links-bookmarks with IE. Your page does not work in IE on my computer too. I guess there is something wrong with the theme (order of loading elements or something). Try the plugin with one of the regular themes.
Best regards,
Ivan.
Thank Ivan.
Ive installed a separate WP – it does work.
But i must admit, the IE or MS Edge load times are horrendous – takes me around 4 minutes to load. The PDF is 13MB. Still, Chrome and FireFox load quick.
Anyway if you manage to sort out the IE issue, i would love to use it. Really is useful, thanks.
I have the same issue https://abbottseventhire.co.uk/?3d-flip-book=catalogue and your flipbook Iberezansky doesn’t load.
I’m using version 1.9.7
Richard,
Does the page http://3dflipbook.net/pdf-links-bookmarks work in all of your browsers?
Could you provide a link to the page that is slow in IE and Edge?
About about your website performance:
http://3dflipbook.net/files/evidences/3.png – your theme loads page resources consistently but should simultaneously.
Your web server has huge Waiting (TTFB) (~3.5-5 seconds) – i guess slow database connection – as result AJAX API is very slow.
Best regards,
Ivan.
Richard,
Please check this page http://wp.iberezansky.net/?page_id=60 with all your browsers, i updated PDFJS library – it seems to be better for IE11, but worse for Chrome, and no difference in Edge. I am waiting for you.
Also i created a couple tickets on PDFJS forum:
https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/9717
https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/9718
Thanks,
Ivan.

Thank you Ivan for all you effects, i appreciate this.
One thing for sure, i hate IE!
But either way, even for FireFox or Chrome, your site – http://wp.iberezansky.net/?page_id=60 – it does take some time to load up. Up to 30-40 secs?
Whereas https://abbottseventhire.co.uk/?3d-flip-book=catalogue (which looks great!) – loads up in almost 6-7 secs, which is just enough for a client to keep you in the loop.
Is it perhaps that Interactive 3D FlipBook cant handle cats over 50-60 pages? Or is my PDF just too heavy? Its 13MB; many images in each PDF, but its in the smallest size i can create……
I just cleared my temp in IE, did take 52 secs to load the front page at http://wp.iberezansky.net/?page_id=60 myself?
Chrome – 40 secs…..
The PDF just too large? Is there a limit perhaps?
Hi Richard,
Today i updated http://wp.iberezansky.net/?page_id=60 – now it uses different PDFJS version depending on the browser to get main benefits.
It works well enough in IE11, Chrome, Firefox. But there are some issues in Edge:
Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0
Microsoft EdgeHTML 17.17134
Sometimes it has rendering artifacts: https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/9708
This issue did not exist in earlier Edge 2015, but appeared in 2017.
i guess we can get different behavior even in latest Edge versions 2017-2018.
Still working on the issue.
Solved in 1.9.8
Works well in the latest edge.
Hi Ivan,
i see, great effects again. Can i just ask, how long does it take for http://wp.iberezansky.net/?page_id=60 to load up for you? Especially IE? For me, that takes minimum 60 seconds to load. Chrome, 30 secs? Firefox, super quick. But not IE? Thanks
