I had the same problem but then unticked the option for cache support and dynamic loading. But now I always get a spinning loading wheel after someone clicked on the rating stars 🙁

Try deactivating other plugins, possibly a javascript conflict?
I already deactivated all plugins, but it didn’t help unfortunately.
my site can’t do a refresh, when I try to refresh, the site won’t load, but if I open the site directly, it working fine. any suggestion?. I’m so confuse with this issue.
