Loading all the time while getting started

    Hello,

    I’ve installed & activated Facebook for WooCommerce, when I click on “Getting Started” button, I select all the options (https://ibb.co/ChHcjPF) but then if I click to go ahead, it loads all the time. Check this following screenshot:

    I tried already uninstall + install.

    I tried already different kind of browsers, Google Chrome Firefox & Safari.

    The constant loading you’re experiencing could be due to a few reasons, such as conflict with the theme or other plugins installed.

    First, I’d recommend running a full conflict test to identify the problem. Here are the steps:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront. If the issue is gone, it indicates that there is a conflict with your current theme.
    2. If it’s still having the issue, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce.
    3. If the issue is resolved after deactivating all, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing the conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    If the issue persists, please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
