Loading animation

Hello team,

i would like to ask about the animation next to the language.
It should glow green, but i see the animation all the time like loading(white/blue).

I tried migrate the eshop on my own hosting, and the migrated version is working correctly, no idea what can be doing the animation on my main hosting.

It’s no big deal, just thinking about it.
