Hi, I noticed, that if I set a delay for close button appearance (for example, 5 seconds), then it appears out of nowhere. So a visitor doesn’t even realise, that this popup can be closed, untill my “x” sign appears.

Can you add a loading animation to explain to visitors, that soon this popup will be possible to close? I saw that animation on many websites. There is usually a circle, that fills each second. And when it’s fully filled, then the close button appears.

Or at least can you explain, please, how to add such animation manually, by using styles?

    Hi @giorgos93,

    Thanks for the post.

There’s currently no option to add animation for the close button, but you can add one yourself using CSS.

You can find some examples here: https://alvarotrigo.com/blog/progress-bar-css/

    Hope that helps!

@kimmyx , thanks for the answer!

About that css-examples: do I need to add them in your plugin’s settings somewhere? Or it has to be added somewhere else in my code?

And can I offer this idea to be added in future plugin’s versions, so there is no need to use external code?

    Hi @giorgos93,

    You’re welcome!

For the CSS examples I linked, you’ll have to check each sample for instructions on how to use them, but I would suggest adding the HTML for the animation inside the content of the popup.

You can send us a message for feature requests via Support Request – Popup Maker.

Hope that helps! Let us know if you have other questions.
