loading editor forever

I’m experiencing major issues with the editor:

• The editor loads forever on every page, Safe mode doesn’t work, and troubleshooting steps haven’t helped, When I was able to edit a page, the interface was extremely confusing:

• There’s one editor on the left side, hen there’s another editor inside the page with completely different fonts, sizes, and layout and it’s unclear which one is controlling what. I’d really like to only use the clean editor on the left — the one inside the page (right side) is a mess. Is that Elementoror something else? If so, how do I disable it completely and stick with the standard/left editor only?

This is currently unusable for me — I’d appreciate clear instructions on how to fix or simplify the setup.
