    Hello,

    on all the websites when I updated to the newest WP-Chatbot plugin version, I get the following error:
    Loading failed for the <script> with source “http://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk/xfbml.customerchat.js”.

    Wordpress version: 5.03
    WP-chatbot version: 4.01

    Hi @refurbme it’s strange because the error indicates that the script from FB failed to load.
    Do you happen to have any adblock plugins in your browser? Can you try Private/Safe/Incognito mode to see if in fact this is something your browser is blocking.

    Also please send your website so we can try.
