Could you delete your browser temporally files and try again? Maybe your browser cached a file of the previous version and is conflicting with the new one.

I haven’t heard from you so i guess deleting your browser files fixed the issue. So i am going to mark the ticket as resolved. If this was not fixed please let me know!
I have the same issue. have tried in firefox and chrome. This error occurs after latest update.

Hi Edgar. My form was working so long as I didn’t try to update it, and so I just went with what I had and moved on. However, NO, the problem has not been resolved. I have deleted my cache, the problem remains. I am using Cloudflare with the site, FYI. And now I am wanting to use SmartForms on not only this but on other sites I have, all of which are using WPEngine as my host, with Cloudflare for handling DNS. I had a similar issue recently, the issue was fixed by first clearing the cloudflare cache (so your server would render the latest files) and then clearing your browser temporal files (so your browser would also use the latest files). Could you try to do the same please?
