Error 500 occurs on the server side, and usually, when such an error happens, the server generates an error.log file that contains a more detailed explanation of the error. If you have an error.log file, could you please provide it to us? This would help us better understand the issue. If you are not familiar with this, you can ask your hosting or server team for assistance.
Usually, your local specifications differ from the server specifications that have been configured. Are there any differences in terms of specifications? For now, you can try increasing your site’s WP Memory Limit to 512MB as recommended by Elementor or to 768MB for better performance.

If increasing the WP Memory Limit does not change anything, you can try changing the Switch Editor Loader Method option to Enable. Sometimes, server configuration issues can be resolved by enabling this option.
