loading new fonts into wordpress?

    how do i load a new font into wordpress? I am using the following CSS-

    #logo a {
font-family: "chinese takeaway" !important;
}

    the font “chinese takeaway” is one i downloaded on my pc, but it doesnt work on other computers, I am guessing this is because they have not downloaded it.

    Where can i put the font file and how do i get wordpress to load it?
