Our plugin only loads on single.php, could you please send a URL of a page where you wouldn’t want to see our plugin so we can troubleshoot the issue? =

https://buddho.nl for example, but the code seems to be loading on every page. I am using a shortcode which I placed in single.php.

There are two solutions here, you can either exclude individual posts or post-types.
To exclude individual posts from your recommendations, just untick the box called Import post to Bibblio in the lower right-hand corner of the Edit Post page.
If you have a few posts you want to exclude from being recommended, you can use our “Bulk Edit” option. In your WordPress admin, go to Posts > Bulk Actions > Edit, select the posts you want to exclude and click Apply. In the panel that appears, select No from the “Import to Bibblio” dropdown.
When installing the plugin, you can indicate which post types to ingest. Simply unselect any types that you do not want to include in your recommendations.
You can’t currently choose to display posts by category using our plugin. It’s worth noting that since our recommender engine finds the most relevant posts for a piece of content, it is likely the recommendations will come from the same category anyway.

The thing is, the plugin is loading on pages as well, not only posts. There is no option to excluse pages (i would actually expect pages to be excluded).

It would be great to gather a bit more information on your Bibblio code to get to the bottom of your issue.
In your WP admin page, go to the Bibblio tab and append &debug at the end of the url. It should look something like this: http://your-domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=bibblio_related_posts&debug
Two blocks of data should appear. Could you copy and paste those in the body of an email and send it over. I will then be able to troubleshoot the problem with that.

Thank you for sending over the data however, they should have appeared as two blocks and been sent to me in that format. Without the differentiation, my tool can’t process it. I am sorry I did not make that clearer earlier.
