Hi,
The plugin is awaiting for some resources that are not loaded by your page. Please, follow the steps below:
1. Open the loading-page.js file, located in “/wp-content/plugins/loading-page/js/loading-page.js”, with the text editor your choice.
2. Go to the snippet of code:
timeout: 5000,
and modify it like follow:
timeout: 500,
3. Finally, clear the browser’s cache, and visits again your webpage.
Best regards.
Thanks for the quick response!
So i’ve gone in and made these changes, but now it loads the site for a second, then switches to the loading page (which i’ve made blank) then loads the page.
Do I just need to change that timeout value to be higher? Or why is it loading the page for a second before the plugin kicks in?

Best regards.
It is asking me for an e-mail to use for payment. Will I get billed now for any further support?
Hi,
No it is not a requirement, the support page asks for the email used for payment only to know directly your products.
