Yes plugin sometimes works but substantially not works.

Yes please, if you see any error in error_log mentioning Stock-ticker, provide here.
Also, do you have some caching plugin or CDN plugin?
I see that stockticker JS file have been loaded only on homepage but not on inner pages, also ajax_url localize for that script. So there must be something preventing script enqueue (dependency script jquery.webticker is loaded on all pages)

Not found in the log any entries. The website uses W3 Total Cache. Before update there were no problems. Thanks!
Can you try with disabling W3TC plugin?
Also, can you please list all plugins you use on website (screenshot of Plugins page is enough).

I had to turn off your plugin. Because it does not work with any kind of caching plugins.
I’m really sorry to hear that, as plugin works just fine with W3 Total Cache and Cloud Flare on our website https://urosevic.net/wordpress/plugins/stock-ticker/
When plugin in version 0.2.0 sometime display quotes and then message about failed displaying quotes, always is problem on host/server and increasing cache timeout in most cases (if not in all) resolve problem.
If W3TC configuration breaks Stock Ticker functionality, providing all details about W3TC setup is way to find and resolve issue. But, disabling Stock Ticker is also legit solution 🙂
