I have the last version of the plugin and I would like to make the plugin works into my ajax.

Its working outside the Ajax content.

Dear customer as your theme doesn’t meet WP theme standards and all the images comes after Lightbox plugin generation, we have to ask you to contact us directly on [email protected] for modifications.
