Loading Tweets … Conditional Tags Break Widget

Hello, hopefully a simple question for you. I am using the widget to display our Twitter feeds, I am attempting to only use the feed on the front page, when I apply the logic is_front_page() it breaks the widget and I get the Tweets Loading….
If I remove the logic loads fine but on all pages. Your input is greatly appreciated.
