Local List Not Populating
-
I have a popup I’m using on a landing page for opt-in. When I personally test it, my signup ends up in both the local list and GetResponse.
However I have 37 signups that ended up in GetResponse but none of them ended up in the loacl list.
No idea how I would sleuth this. Very odd

Hello @csdsubscriber
Hope you are doing well today.
You are right, this is odd if you enabled both local and GetResponse list, the email should be automatically added to both lists unless there is a conflict or cache issue.
Please double check your form settings make sure both options are enabled, then try testing the pop-up using different browsers to see if you can replicate this issue. Also please make sure your plugins and themes are updated.
Best Regards
AminLooks like a more recent one has shown up in there now. Any way I could import the ones that are missing?
Why I was asking about this is I’ve been thinking about switching to just using Hustle and the Workpress Email program you’ve now integrated with, so I can lose the GetRssponse costs.
That’s how I discovered that the earlier contacts hadn’t been saving…
Hi @csdsubscriber ,
I hope you’re doing well.
I’m afraid that it’s not possible to import those to the local list for now.
You could deactivate the integration and manually subscribe those in order to have them in the list in case these are not too many.
I understand that you’re using another plugin, “Workpress email program”, could you confirm if it has an option to import these email accounts, or do you mean to use the normal WordPress Email to send newsletter, for example.
I hope to hear back from you soon.

Williams ValerioNo i don’t have a WordPress email program I’m using right now. But I thought I read somewhere you guys had integrated with one of them. No?
Hi @csdsubscriber,
What Williams referred to in the earlier response is the default email functionality that comes built into WordPress. Could you please clarify what you mean by the term “WordPress Email program”? I tried to look for such a program, but could not find anything by that name.
Looking forward to hearing back from you and helping you further.

Nebu JohnHi @csdsubscriber,
Since we haven’t heard from you for a while. I’ll mark this thread as resolved for now. Please feel free to re-open this thread if you need any further assistance.
Kind Regards,

I had been waiting for your reply to this question:
“But I thought I read somewhere you guys had integrated with one of them. No?”
Have you not integrated with a particular mailing program?
Hi @csdsubscriber,
Can you please confirm if you are asking about Newsletter integration?
Hustle support integration with several apps widely accepted, please find the complete list and more details regarding the same in our documentation here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/hustle/#integrations
Can you please confirm if this was what you were looking forward to?
Best Regards,
Nebu JohnYes I think it was MailPoet I had read about. Can it send from the Hustle list, or does it create it’s own list instead that get’s added to just like how Hustle adds ADDITIONALLY to GetResponse?
Hi @csdsubscriber,

The Mailpoet Integration will allow the emails to get added to the Mailpoet list created under Mailpoet > List once a pop-up is submitted.
It won’t be using the Hustle List. It works like how Hustle adds to GetResponse.
So once integrated, it emails would get added to the Mailpoet list and also to the GetResponse list. The Hustle Localist, would still record those submissions.
Please check the doc for more info:

Okay cool. Thanks for the info. Feel free to close this one off now. 🙂
