Local load jquery.easing.min.js

Hello,

There is a Js as following in this plugin, unfortunately our server is located in China, and we are block to access cdnjs.cloudflare.com, so, anyway to load it from local server?

https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/jquery-easing/1.4.1/jquery.easing.min.js
