I second this. Also when the order is completed and the confirmation email is sent to the customer, if local pickup is the chosen delivery method I need to display the address and opening hours. Ideally the ‘shipping address’ would also be hidden in these circumstances.

Right now we don’t support shipping methods adding additional details for the customer. You could however include a shortened version of your address in the shipping method title or have a page on your store explaining this, or even in the email footer.
Thanks; it’s a shame but it’ll do! I ended up removing the option for a separate shipping address as a shipping address appearing on a local pickup order email just confused things!
