Local Yoast SEO Not Functioning Properly

Hi,

I recently added the following code to my site, http://www.maestromusicians.com/stoughton-music-school:

For some reason, the plugin is not functioning properly and I am getting this text on the page instead of a listing of the address:

iv class'”street address” itemprop=”streetAddress”>414 Sumner Street

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
