Localhost website fails to load when enabling only Elementor plugin

Hello,
I have a localhost problem with my Bitnami WordPress. MariaDB and Apache Web Server running locally with no problems. My wordpress version is 6.0 and elementor version 3.6.6 on Windows 10 home pc. I can connect wordpress localhost dashboard with no issues. When I activate only elementor plugin (all other plugins are disabled) localhost:PORT/wordpress address fails to load. when I disable elementor, address successfully loads.

Below are the error and log information, when trying to connect localhost:81/wordpress (only elementor plugin enabled, active theme is twenty-twenty)
