No. This plugin is not multilingual. But if you are using only a single language for your site. Then I can provide you option to change those texts.

In my case, I’m using the spanish version of WordPress and your pluguin shows me english texts. In my server, the spanish .PO files are well-translated. However, I would like to change, at least, the word “Howdy”. Thank you!
