Localization friendly ?!

I used your plug-in on my blog in post http://notatki.4use.pl/child-themes-sila-w-motywach-potomnych/ to show how quickly create a child theme.
Polish translation I was creat Polish translation and I have the files .po and .mo but I am not able to use them. Plug-in does not use translations.
