    Hi there.

    Thanks for your query.

We will need to dig a bit deeper as it does not seem like the plugin is even kicking in and thus not redirecting to the redirect swrvice.

It may be due to conflict with other plugins that may be stopping the execution of the JavaScript that does that.

Are you sure the plugin is activated?

Also, can you try disabling all other plugins and see if it works then? That will help in identifying the conflicting plugin and we can find solution around that.

Finally if can provide a test admin login, well be happy to take a peek and resolve this.

It has been the same since I first installed it. The plugin is activated for sure and I have added the affiliate IDs as well.
I don’t think it is a plugin conflict as I disabled all other plugins and tested it. Also, I tried it on my other site http://www.rkgfit.com as well. Same case there as well apart from other problems which I have mentioned in other thread.

I don’t mind to give the login details if the problem is going to get resolved which helps both of us.

    Thanks for the reply.

What you are observing is a bit unusual and hasn’t been reported by other users (yet), and we do see steady traffic from other websites being redirected properly as yet.

Can you please share the login details at [email protected] and we can take a closer look?

    Thanks

Sure. Sent you a mail with appropriate details.

    Hoping for the best!

Check now – I think its resolved.

This was because you are using the W3 Caching plugin (which is awesome!). However what happened was that W3 was caching a previous version of java script that had some bugs – as a result it was not getting executed.

You may want to try the same thing with your other site – try deactivating W3 and see if the plugin works. If it does, then just activate it again and clear all cache from W3 dashboard. It should work like a charm.

If you still face any issues, let me know.

The problem got resolved on one site(http://www.moneywolf.org). But with the other site http://www.rkgfit.com still persists even after doing what you said.

I replied to the mail thread.
