Localization problem

The string %1$s <em>on</em> %2$s is used twice in P2, version 1.1.1. The first time (no pun intended), in inc/js.php:42 %1$s is the date, and %2$s the time. The second time, in inc/template-tags.php:253, the order is changed. (I hope that I have understood the code correctly).

Now, that doesn’t matter in English, but it does in my language. Would it be possible to change the code and fix that?
