I and currently add location using CPT UI taxonomies and would like to add a image . how do i add image to represent the location

You could do something with term meta for the terms in the taxonomy, though that’ll also necessitate editing templates as appropriate to output the data as well.

We recommend something like Advanced Custom Fields (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/) or perhaps CMB2 (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/cmb2/) for adding some UI to save the data there.
