Location and map error

I’m having an issue where the markers aren’t turning up in the right location. They show up in the ocean.

I tried to use the method previously described here about clicking on the map, but my map isn’t showing up on the “add location” page. It looks like there should be one at the bottom but there is not one displaying.

Please help, as I want to use your plugin but the locations are off.
