Location based booking form

Hi,

We provide different services in two locations(ie L1,L2)… I want to show location dropdown filed in booking form, when user select the L1 location then i want to show all the services which they provide, based on service selection i want to show the staff.. how can i do that to show the dropdown filed in booking form and how to add the services to the location, pls help me out…
