One other thing to note: the ID thumbnails displayed with the locations on the location list are wrong: most of them are not correctly matched to the location that they represent.
Also, here is the system information from your plugin’s help tab:
Before writing on the forum make sure you have the latest version of this plugin installed and it would be a good idea to also make sure you have the latest version of WordPress and make sure your post has the below diagnostic information otherwise I won’t respond. Hi, we did an update yesterday to remove locations that are not API enabled. This means that the location that is “missing” would have never worked anyway. You need to reach out to GMB support about why this location is not API enabled.
I am still learning about this myself as to the reasons for this.
I tried the GMB chat support but they thought that I was trying to get api support added to that location. I will try again another time.
Meanwhile, I’m not totally convinced that your diagnosis is correct. If that’s all it was, and your code is all working perfectly, then why are many of the locations in your plugin’s locations list showing logos from other sites on the list?
Here’s a photo of what I’m talking about:

I will try the GMB support chat again tomorrow and see if the outcome is different.
So looking at that image, what is the issue exactly? I don’t know what the images are supposed to be so I can’t tell if anything is wrong or not. Thanks,
Sorry, I should have realized that you wouldn’t be able to tell which images were correct and which were not. I have marked up that screen shot to indicate which thumbnails are correct and which are wrong, and the marked up copy is here:

Does that help?
I see. mmmm. Can you perhaps try deleting the settings of the plugin and then re-authenticating and seeing if anything changes? You can delete the plugin settings by going to the question: How do I delete all the plugin settings? in the plugin FAQ which can be found on the Help tab in the plugin settings.
The issue of the images whilst I would like to resolve, I am pretty confident won’t actually cause any functionality of the plugin not to work in any way whatsoever.
Thanks. I did indeed already try deleting the plugins settings and re-setting them, using that link in the Help tab.
I didn’t think that the images themselves would cause a problem, but I was just speculating that perhaps the cosmetic error was a clue to there being some issue in the code, perhaps while manipulating arrays full of images, location data urls, etc.
Just a thought. I will in the meantime also try GMB chat support again in the morning (its now 00:55 in California and I’m calling it a night, for now.)
Thanks for sticking with it and I’m sure we’ll get it worked out in the near future.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
