Location not detected

Hi, We have the plugin for a while now and have installed everything correctly. However it stoped showing the correct currency when visiting the site, It shows EUR even though I am based in Switzerland (CHF). How do I fix this? The Status says all is okay and I have the licence key. Does it only work with the pro version now? Would hate to upgrade and it still does not work.
