Location not match with search result

When I search for “Guernsey” in the United Kingdom, it shows me Norwich. I’ve changed the country from United Kingdom to Guernsey, but it still shows Norwich. How do I change the query string? Lat and Long are both correct.

I have tried many ways but can not find the solution, please reply ASAP, I am using your plugin from last 3 years and website is in production.
