Yes, there is a built in taxonomy for that. Currently, it doesn’t display that by default, it displays the textual description, but I have an issue open for an option to switch to just show the City, Country level of granularity, which seems to be what you want.
If that is what you are thinking, I might bump up doing that on my priority list. It isn’t a big change.
There is an option for this now in the latest release.

Is there a way to display a page of all location tags? Perhaps a shortcode?
First time using your plugin, do I need to get an API key before I can start testing the location tag on my posts/pages? Do you have general instructions/documentation for getting started?
