• The locations selector in the “Add Event” is missing, and I’m not certain how to make it show again.

    The locations(8) are showing in the “My Calendar > Locations” but none are set as the default. I set one as a default and there was no change.

    In the “My Calendar > Settings > Display” the locations ‘eyeball’ is open, but the locations are missing.

    Any insights on this?

    It sounds like your problem is with the input settings, not the display settings. Go to My Calendar > Settings > Input and verify that location is enabled for input. If it is, but still not visible, you should also verify your personal options. My Calendar > Add Event > Screen Options (upper right corner of screen.)
