Hi,
This sounds like a possible conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?
Which version of Events Manager are you using?
Hello.
Version of Events Manager is latest free version. Just downloaded it last night.
I have deactivated all plugins except Events Manager.
I also applied the twenty sixteen WordPress theme.
Re-added the location.
Still get “Location Not Found” and “Map Unavailable”
Are you able to find the location ok using a normal Google Maps page?
WP – 4.5.3
No error in browser.
Here is the our test site with location (note that the plugins and custom theme have been disabled, so there is only a default theme and the Events Manager plugin, nothing else)

This is almost certainly caused by a recent change by Google Maps:

We’ll be releasing an update to the plugin shortly. We’ll update this thread when it’s released.
Hi All, the latest dev version has an option to add an API key under Settings > Formatting > Maps
To update – http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/upgrade-dev-version/
We’ll likely push out an update next week or earlier.
This seems to affect recently new sites only, that’s why the demo still works does work for example.
Google sprung this on us and here’s the announcement – http://googlegeodevelopers.blogspot.com.es/2016/06/building-for-scale-updates-to-google.html
A new Dev version of the plugin contains a new option to add a Google Maps API key. You can upgrade to the Dev version of Events Manager under Events > Settings > General > Admin Tools.
