Lock feature is not working

    I did set up 2fa and setup a grace period of 1 hour but users are still not locked even after 1 hour without configuring 2FA can you please help me out?

    Hello @syedashardev

    Thank you for your message and for using our plugin.

    The 2FA policies are applied to the users profile once they log in. So when you configure such a policy, a user needs to try to log in for it to be triggered. This works like this because the 2FA policies are propagated to a user during the login phase.

    So can you please confirm if this works when a user tries to log in?
