You can lock one category/taxonomy when you edit it via WP Admin. It will display the UM Content Restriction for that particular category/taxonomy. Ensure that the taxonomy/category is also turned on in WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Access > Content Restriction. see Restricted Access to Taxonomies, check the category/taxonomy that you want to have the Restriction settings.

With this procedure I ll have restriction in all categories. I want to use restriction in only one restriction.

That restriction will only turn on the UM Access Restriction settings when you edit a category/taxonomy.

I edit the category and the settings are https://ibb.co/hXKCHdz but the content is displayed for public users.
What is the wrong?
