    Hi, I installed the plugin, and now I’m locked out of all accounts. Can you tell me how to fix or uninstall it in FTP?

    I’m using the Math Captcha plugin as well, so not sure if this caused any conflicts.

    hi sabeard,

    you can disable the all plugins by this method and when you are able to login to wp-admin then you can perform desired action.

    Using ftp , you need to navigate to the /wp-content/ folder, there you will see a folder called plugins. Now rename this plugins folder to plugins.deactivate. with this rename action, all plugins will be deactivated.
    Now try to login to wp-admin. After successful login, go back to your /wp-content/ folder and rename “plugins.deactivate” back to plugins.

    This will solve your problem.

    Just the rename the folder name of those plugin via FTP which you want to disable.
