How do I disable ithemes 2 factor authentication when I cannot log in to wp-admin

I can access CLI, myphpadmin.

I have been trying to trouble shoot problems with WP not saving edits after a plugin update. I think it broke the wp database.

I disabled all plugins, renabled editing plugin and ithemes but ithemes is no longer sending authentication code. Perhaps disabling requires some options to be re-enabled?

Anyway getting back in is 1st priority.
